In the event you terminate your membership, you will not be entitled to a refund of any unutilized subscription fees. World Marriages.co.uk may terminate your access to the Site and/or your membership for any reason effective upon sending notice to you at the e-mail address you provide in your application for membership or such other e-mail address as you may later provide to World Marriages.co.uk. If World Marriages.co.uk terminates your membership in the World Marriages.co.uk Service because you have breached the Agreement, you will not be entitled to any refund of any unused Subscription fees.

2.4 Non-Commercial Use by Members. The World Marriages.co.uk Site is for the personal use of individual members only, and may not be used in connection with any commercial endeavors. This includes providing links to other web sites, whether deemed competitive to World Marriages.co.uk or otherwise. Organizations, companies, and/or businesses may not become Members  and should not use the World Marriages.co.uk Service or Site for any purpose. Illegal and/or unauthorized uses of the Site, including unauthorized framing of or linking to the Site will be investigated, and appropriate legal action will be taken, including without limitation, civil, criminal, and injunctive redress.

2.5  We reserve the right in our discretion to refuse any application to become a Member. You shall not become a Member until you receive email confirmation from us.

2.6 You will ensure that all contacts and payment information which you provide us are accurate and not misleading and that you will update them so that they remain so.

Article 3 .WM Member Obligations
3.1 Multiple profiles of the same person are not allowed on World Marriages.co.uk. World Marriages.co.uk reserves the right to deactivate all multiple profiles without any refund of subscription fees.

3.2 You may not engage in advertising to, or solicitation of, other Members to buy or sell any products or services through the Service. You will not transmit any chain letters or junk e-mail to other World Marriages.co.uk Members. Although World Marriages.co.uk cannot monitor the conduct of its Members off the World Marriages.co.uk Site, it is also a violation of these rules to use any information obtained from the Service in order to harass, abuse, or harm another person, or in order to contact, advertise to, solicit, or sell to any Member without their prior explicit consent. In order to protect World Marriages.co.uk and/or our Members from any abuse / misuse, World Marriages.co.uk reserves the right to restrict the number of communications / profile contacts & responses / e-mail which a Member may send to other Member in any 24-hour period to a number which World Marriages.co.uk deems appropriate in its sole discretion.

3.3 You may not use any automated processes, including IRC Bots, EXE's, CGI or any other programs/scripts to view content on or communicate / contact / respond / interact with World Marriages.co.uk and/or its members.

3.4   We may deactivate accounts of Members who have not used the Services for six months or more . In the case of paying Members, this six month period begins on the date that the last Pass expired.

3.5 You agree that you will not use the Services

3.5.1 for junk mail, spam  or fraudulent schemes.

3.5.2 attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Services or equipment used to provide the Services.

3.5.3 provide contact information like email ,home address or telephone numbers  of other persons or publish or send any Member Content referring to other persons without having obtained their prior consent.

Article 4. Safety and Security

4.1 WM aims to provide you with a safe & secure environment in which you search and find your life partner.Our Customer Relations team ensures that every profile put up at WM is screened for irrelevant and/or inappropriate content.

4.2 You can remain completely anonymous until YOU choose not to. You should not assume that any Member Content is accurate. A person may not be who he or she claims to be. We cannot be liable for false or misleading statements by Members.Our systems protects your identity  until YOU decide to reveal it .

4.3 When arranging to meet another person through use of WM Services it is necessary for you to exercise some simple precautions for your privacy & for a safe and secure experience. Follow follow the safety tips .

4.4 We are not liable if your identity is used by someone else.

Article 5. WM Member Content

5.1 You understand and agree that World Marriages.co.uk may delete any content, messages, photos or profiles  that in the sole judgment of WM violate the Terms of Use or which might be offensive, illegal, or that might violate the rights, harm, or threaten the safety of other World Marriages.co.uk and/or its Members.

5.2 You are solely responsible for the Content that you publish or display  on the World Marriages.co.uk service, or transmit to other World Marriages.co.uk Members. World Marriages.co.uk reserves the right to verify the authenticity of Content posted on the site and  may ask you to provide any documentary or other form of evidence supporting the Content you post on the site.

 If you fail to produce such evidence, WM may terminate your Membership without a refund.It is your responsibility to decide which information to publish or send via Member Content. We cannot be held liable for any misuse .

5.3 By posting Content to any public area of World Marriages.co.uk , you automatically grant  to World Marriages.co.uk , and other World Marriages.co.uk Members,  worldwide license to use, copy, perform, display, and distribute such information and content .

5.4 We permit Members to notify us of inappropriate Member Content.

5.5 The following is a partial list of the kind of Content that is illegal or prohibited on the Site.

5.5.1 Content that promotes racism,  hatred or physical harm of any kind against any group or individual.

5.5.2 Transmission of junk mail OR spamming.

5.5.3 Content  that  is false, misleading or promotes illegal activities or conduct that is abusive or harasses or displays pornographic or sexually explicit material of any kind.

5.5.4 Content that provide pirated computer programs or links .

7.1 You are solely responsible for your communication / interactions with other World Marriages.co.uk Members. World Marriages.co.uk reserves the right, but has no obligation, to monitor disputes between you and other Members.

7.2 This contract shall be governed by English law and any disputes will be decided only by the English courts.

Article 8 . Payment

Article 9. Termination

9.1 You may  request for terminate of registration with us at anytime .

9.2 In the event you terminate your membership, you will not be entitled to a refund of any unutilized subscription fees.

Article 10.General

10.1 By becoming a Member of the World Marriages.co.uk service, you agree to receive certain specific e-mail from World Marriages.co.uk .

10.2 This Agreement, accepted upon use of the Site and further affirmed by becoming a Member of the World Marriages.co.uk service, contains the entire agreement between you and World Marriages.co.uk regarding the use of the Site and/or the Service. If any provision of this Agreement is held invalid, the remainder of this Agreement shall continue in full force and effect.
